Experienced Consulting Solutions
Christine Tubbs, the founding consultant of Nonprofit Synergist, has over 30 years of experience, including nearly all staff and board positions in nonprofits and foundations, as well as years of early-career marketing experience.
Working across the US and with international agencies, Christine has developed a strong understanding of how to integrate effectively into your sector or region and to assess the cultural and legal requirements necessary to build robust management and ensure success.
Most importantly, she applies that knowledge with an extensive understanding of best practices and what drives success. Her goal is for your organization to explore new possibilities and integrate them smoothly into your culture. She believes that through your association with her, you'll gain the tools to build on your time together and continue independently. Implementing and sustaining the work you did together is critical, and she always includes follow-up consultations for as long as needed to ensure objectives are met.
Christine is a BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant and has completed continuing education through them and other nonprofit certification programs, in addition to her postgraduate studies in nonprofit management. Her client engagements have provided the most valuable learning opportunities, helping her assess client needs and meet them where help is most beneficial.
